The Personio integration in Moments AI connects with Personio API credentials: a client ID and secret with recruiting access. It imports your Personio recruiting jobs with their department as positions, runs AI candidate search on them, and sends the candidates you shortlist back to Personio. Moments AI checks your credentials with Personio before saving them, stores them encrypted and emails no one.

    Connect Personio in a minute

    In Personio, open Settings, then Integrations, then API credentials, and create credentials with recruiting read and write access. Paste it into the Personio card under Integrations, in the Hiring section.

    Import your open Personio jobs

    Pick the jobs you are hiring for and Moments AI turns them into positions: your Personio recruiting jobs with their department. Personio's API has no job description, so you add it in Moments AI. Each imported job counts as an open position on your plan.

Where do I find my Personio API credentials?

What does Moments AI import from Personio?
