The Workable integration in Moments AI connects with your Workable subdomain and an API access token. It imports your published Workable jobs, with the description and requirements as positions, runs AI candidate search on them, and sends the candidates you shortlist back to Workable. Moments AI checks your credentials with Workable before saving them, stores them encrypted and emails no one.

    Connect Workable in a minute

    In Workable, open Settings, then Integrations, then Apps, and generate an API token with the r_jobs, r_candidates and w_candidates scopes. The subdomain is the part before .workable.com. Paste it into the Workable card under Integrations, in the Hiring section.

    Import your open Workable jobs

    Pick the jobs you are hiring for and Moments AI turns them into positions: your published Workable jobs, with the description and requirements. Each imported job counts as an open position on your plan.
