In short

The Recruitee integration in Moments AI connects with your Recruitee company ID and a personal API token. It imports your published and internal Recruitee jobs, with the description and requirements, while drafts, closed jobs and talent pools are skipped as positions, runs AI candidate search on them, and sends the candidates you shortlist back to Recruitee. Moments AI checks your credentials with Recruitee before saving them, stores them encrypted and emails no one.

    Connect Recruitee in a minute

    In Recruitee, open Settings, then Apps and plugins, then Personal API tokens. The company ID is shown on the same page. Paste it into the Recruitee card under Integrations, in the Hiring section.

    Import your open Recruitee jobs

    Pick the jobs you are hiring for and Moments AI turns them into positions: your published and internal Recruitee jobs, with the description and requirements, while drafts, closed jobs and talent pools are skipped. Each imported job counts as an open position on your plan.

Where do I find my Recruitee API token?
